A Christmas Anthology Coming Soon!

A Christmas wreath 1DON’T MISS THIS ONE!

I am so thrilled to let you know I will have a Christmas story in an upcoming book! The book has a name! Christmas Treasures: A Collection of Christmas Short Stories, will soon be available. It will be a good book to read as you prepare for Christmas.

Stayed tuned to this blog. I will sure let you know when it’s available.

Perhaps you will recognize one or more of the authors. I’m including a list of their names. They each have their own unique style of telling a memorable story. Here’s the list:  Anne Garboczi Evans, Kathleen Rouser, Author , Linda Glaz, Patty Sargent Wysong, Joanne Sher, Karen Wingate – Author, Elaine Stock, Author, Karen Campbell Prough, Donna Hubbard Scofield, Christina Rich, Karla Reisch Akins, Susan Craft, Karlene Jacobsen, April Strauch.

The stories might remind you of a Christmas from your past or bring a smile to your face. There is a variety of talent in the included stories. That’s what makes this Christmas book fun to read. You should be able to find a story or two that will speak to your heart or cause you laugh. Oh, and perhaps … tears might fill your eyes.

But tears mean something has touched your heart. And it won’t be because this is a sad book. By no means! Christmas is a time of joy and remembering God’s wonderful gift to all of us! And it’s a fun time to read a good book!

Stay tuned for updates! Watch for another blog about this book. Wow! Christmas is coming fast! Have you got your shopping list ready? Get in the attic and find those decorations. Unpack those winter boots. String that popcorn! Fill the chicken coop with a cozy layer of new hay. Tie a bell around the cow’s neck. Cut some mistletoe! Remember the kisses … under the mistletoe?

Mmm, I can smell the Christmas cookies. A glazed ham. A venison roast. Fruit cake! How about the scent of a newly cut Christmas tree? Giggles and secrets. Imagine delicate snowflakes on your freezing nose? Or can you see that southern palm tree waving in the warm breeze as you pull on your plaid shorts and take a stroll on the sunny beach? Wait a minute … I hear Jingle Bells!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

~Karen
